Where and when can I pick up my order?

Please note: each ops center has designated pick-up times, no exceptions. Below are pick up details for each ops center. If you absolutely cannot make it during the times provided, please email the ops center contact listed for your location.

Indian Land:
Time: Thursdays from 3:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Entry Reception Desk

Time: Thursdays from 2:00pm – 5:00pm
Location: Tamra Jarrett’s Office

Time: Thursday from 1:00pm – 4:00pm
Location: Large Conference Room

Time: Fridays 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Grove Location: Front Desk
Kyrene Location: Thrive Department

How long until I receive my order?

To save you money, we ship once per week to each Ops Center. We've got you covered! Bulk shipments go out every Monday for all orders placed the previous week.

What are the return policies?

We want you to be happy with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help! Simply head to My Account and click the "Request Return" button next to your order.


You have 30 days to return an item for a refund from the date of purchase.
If you are requesting an even exchange (no cost difference), you may do so within 45 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Movement will take care of paying for the return shipping costs.
If you request to return any item(s), the amount of the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.


After applying for a return under your account on our website, you will receive a return label from Links Unlimited.
Once Links receives your item, you will be notified that we have received your return and your refund will be processed at that time.

If an item is out of stock, how long will it be until it is available to order?

Products are typically restocked 2-3 Weeks when inventory is low.

Help! I received an incomplete order, what do I do?

Please check the packaging label, and if there is a "0" next to one of your items, it is backordered and will be shipped to you as soon as it is back in stock

Can I expense my purchase?

Movement gear purchases can not be expensed. Any order attempting to be expensed will be denied.
